What data we hold
Your account holds only what the site needs to work: how you sign in (Google or a magic link), your display name, your country and — if you like — your city and a short bio. We never ask for expediente, passport or DNI/NIE numbers, and we do not accept scanned documents.
Why we process it, and on what basis
We use your data to run your account (performance of the service), to show you your place in your consulate's queue (your consent, given when you submit your dates), to publish what you write in the community if you choose public visibility, and to send email alerts only if you turn them on. One click turns them back off.
Who else sees your data
Your email address is never shown to other users. We use technical providers for Google sign-in and for sending email, and the site runs on a server managed by the site owner. Analytics is cookieless and shares no data with advertising third parties.
Your rights
You can export your data as JSON, correct it, ask us to erase it, or take it with you — from your account, or by writing to [PENDING: privacy contact email]. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
How long we keep it
